Currently Process Specialties is offering 150mm, 200mm and 300mm NIST traceable Thermal Oxide Standards and Silicon Nitride Standards. In 2006 PSI Standards introduced two New products at SEMICON West, Dual Thickness Metal and Dual Step Height calibration standards. These New NIST traceable standards will substantially add to the company's growing product line.
