In 2006 Process Specialties launched two New calibration standard products, Dual Step Height Standards and Dual Thickness Metal Standards at Semicon West. These two new and exciting products allows metrology tool users to calibrate their tools using two separate NIST traceable thickness values on a single standard. This allows the user to test the linearity of the metrology tool with less setup time and greater accuracy.
