Process Specialties featured its New Dual Thickness Metal and Step Height Standards at the SEMICON West 2007 show.

PSI has developed revolutionary calibration standard technology, two NIST traceable thickness areas for tool calibration on a single standard. This allows the user to establish the linearity of metrology tools in specific thickness ranges -without the need to load or set-up an additional standard.

PSI Standards is showing the industry, that the future in metrology is dual data point calibration. Using PSI's NIST traceable Dual Thickness Standards.
