Process Specialties
and the PSI Standards laboratory continues its ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accreditation through NVLAP, Lab code number 200669-0.
PSI Standards is also ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 complaint.
PSI Standards originally received its ISO/IEC
17025 Accreditation from NVLAP in 2005. Process Specialties worked
hard to achieve this important accreditation. During the years long NVLAP Accreditation process complete audits were conducted of our facility,
our quality systems and operational procedures. In addition technical
audits were also performed related to our competency, regarding PSI
Standards calibration procedures, and technical measurement
skills.
The Accreditation process is a continuing one. PSI Standards, its
quality systems and technical competency are audited at regular
intervals by NVLAP to maintain its ISO/IEC 17025
Accredited status. Process Specialties is very honored to have received ISO/IEC 17025:2005
Accreditation from NVLAP, a part of the National Institute of
Standards and Technology, USA.

available on any Thin Film or Step height standard available today.
Process Specialties believes that using Standards with the lowest measurement uncertainties
combined with the most uniform
thin films, ultimately equals better process and measurement control for
the end users process.*
